How do you define the character of any person?
Character refers to the person’s moral and ethical qualities. It consists of beliefs and moral principles that can guide their behavior in discrete ways. Personality is the sum of a person’s physical, psychological, emotional, and social aspects that are manifested through behavior and actions.Character is the very essence of what we are and is formed by a collection of core values and moral attributes which define our pattern of behaviour. Character is the sum of our traits- a composite of our values, virtues and vices.
How do you think the structure of patriarchal society is defined?
The patriarchal culture has four characteristics: male dominance, male identification, male-centeredness, and obsession with control. Women do play a role in a system such as this, and that role is to be submissive and subservient to men. Six aspects of the structure of patriarchy include: patriarchal relation to paid employment, patriarchal mode of production, patriarchal relation in the state, male violence, patriarchal relation in sexuality, and patriarchal relation in a cultural institution.
How is the character of a woman defined in India and how do you think it must be defined?
Highly collectivist culture inculcates a strong ego – one that finds itself evaluating reality from its familiar core ,one that finds itself not just defending its own culturally-conditioned ways of life but feels compelled to denounce others’ as inferior or wrong.Few define character per se with the length of a short skirt or the clothing of a girl, the number of contact details of a male counterparts even though those numbers are strictly adhered as demarcated professional, putting red bold lipstick makes a woman appearing inviting even though that colour defines her zeal towards life as being bright and cheerful, playing with one’ s hair is considered giving invites as per conditioned self created body language cues by few.Apart from this widows and divorcees are meant to be there for passing affairs or killing time .The greatest drivers of this mindset epidemic is in-group sociability. Like most Asian cultures, many are highly loyal to their in-group. They grow up in unhealthy codependency, because most of them lack intellectual autonomy to begin with.Apart from this ,a woman wearing a saree with a low cut blouse yet gossipping for hours is the ideal symbolising of high cultural ethos than a girl or a woman wearing a short skirt even at her fifties who is just minding her business and work protocols .The moment a woman contends for power, people start talking about her looks and her wardrobe, as if she is seeking approval of the electorate not on the basis of her competence but looks. Whether they come from contemporary male politicians or commentators, coarse and misogynistic remarks about women’s body and their appearance undermine their sense of legitimacy. The modern Indian woman is an epitome of courage, resilience and the ability to fit into diverse roles beautifully. She is a teacher, working woman or corporate CEO, mother, sister, daughter and wife all rolled into one. A woman must be judged by the merit of her soul and attitude to succeed in life rather than looking for validation of emotions and co-dependant bonds.
What is your viewpoint on false cases of marriage and how is Theory of Character defined in matters like this?
Marriage is often considered one of the most important decisions a person can make in their lifetime. It is a union of two individuals who vow to love and cherish each other for eternity. However, what happens when the promise of a happy, fulfilling marriage turns out to be nothing but a facade?Unfortunately, this scenario is all too common, as many people fall victim to the false promise of marriage.Lying is considered a sin because people bear false witness to Truth. Truth is the ultimate destination for every human being. Keeping away from the truth is, hence, considered a sin.Now lying is considered a sin, regardless of the situation… but then if we were to look life as a classification of sins and virtues, living would become difficult and tedious! We come across many situations in our day to day life where lying can be a sin and a virtue at the same time.Hence, when we lie and give it a name of an excuse ,then automically it defines a lot on the set of values and belief system that either makes or breaks us ,thereby, the strength of our character involves our capacity to dig deep and find the greater meaning in life, to align ourselves with a purpose that extends beyond ourselves, to find relationship and unity with something greater such as nature, God, or the transcendent. When we lie at the pretext of false hopes and traps of matrimonial issues , then how can we uphold any deceit being of high moral character in a civic society we all live in .

Essentially, this is where all your beliefs are considered. If you’re inclined to have a thorough set of beliefs that you actively follow, then you’re sure to have a stronger spiritual character. this brings us to the question of how does one develops their spiritual character? Well, there are a lot of ways through which this can be done. Though all power comes from within, and can even return people from the dead, igniting and fueling your spiritual awakening can be empowered by the external help of inspiring and educating books, movies, and people.Once you work on your spirituality, you ultimately become more grateful towards the God you believe in. Moreover, you find yourself to be much humbler once you start being more and more grateful to the higher being that you believe in.
