Tile installations in modern construction must withstand increasing stress from heavy usage, environmental exposure, and structural movement. Failures are most common in exterior façades, wet areas, and high-traffic zones, where inadequate bonding or flexibility can compromise durability. Recognizing these challenges, Walplast Products Pvt. Ltd. has launched two new white cementitious tile adhesives HomeSure TileEx EX 344 W and HomeSure TileEx EX 456 W, high-performance tile adhesives developed to meet evolving construction demands.
Both products feature advanced polymer-modified cementitious formulations to deliver superior bonding strength, flexibility, and compliance with international and Indian standards. Their performance characteristics make them suitable for demanding residential, commercial, and infrastructure applications.
HomeSure TileEx EX 344 W is designed specifically for exterior wall installations. The adhesive delivers water resistance, slip resistance, flexibility, and extended open time, ensuring improved placement accuracy and workability. Its formulation incorporates high-end polymers and graded fillers that enhance bonding strength and provide resistance to environmental stress. It supports ceramic, clay, basalt, vitrified, porcelain, glass mosaic, and natural stone tiles across dry and wet areas, ensuring dependable performance on concrete and plaster substrates.
HomeSure TileEx EX 456 W addresses high-stress environments where load-bearing strength and flexibility are critical. Certified under EN 12004 C2TES2 and IS 15477:2019 T4 classifications, the adhesive offers enhanced deformability and superior tensile and shear strength. This enables it to withstand vibration, structural movement, and heavy loads without compromising tile stability. It supports all tile types and sizes, including glass tiles and stones, across vertical and horizontal installations.
Both adhesives provide extended pot life and working time, helping contractors maintain efficiency and achieve consistent results on site. Their controlled water demand further enhances application ease and bonding reliability.
With these additions, Walplast continues to support India’s infrastructure growth through innovation-driven building materials. The expanded HomeSure TileEx portfolio delivers dependable, long-term performance while helping construction professionals meet the durability demands of modern tile installations.
