ABHISHEK Varshney and Anshika Agrawal of SSDPS bagged 1st position in Bharat ko Jano Quiz
‘Bharat Ko Jano’ Quiz was held in Seksaria Sushila Devi Public School Hathras on 10th October 2022. It was organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad Hathras. Bharat Ko Jano is a quiz program for school children to increase their awareness about the distinctive features of our country and culture. 7000 students in the region participated in thi event.
Initially “Bharat Ko Jano” quiz contest was successfully implemented in Western U.P. for several years. In the year 2000, it was decided to conduct this program on an experimental basis in all eight Parts of the U.P. state. Encouraged by its success, it was decided to adopt it at an all-India level.
Seksaria Sushila Devi Public School teams were also selected in both junior and senior category for final. Junior team of SSDPS, Abhishek Varshney of class 7th A and Anshika Agrawal of class 8thsecured First position at the Junior level. The winners received Trophy from Chairman Mr.Manoj Agrawal (Bharat Vikas Parishad, Hathras) and secretary Dr. Manoj Sharma. (BharatVikasParishad Hathras). After the award ceremony, the students were blessed by the golden words of Principal Dr.G.D.Patil and Mr.Dinesh Seksaria Director of the school.
Dr. V.P. Singh and R.C. Narula and other top officials of the Bharat Vikas Parishad were also present on this occasion.
