In a first-of-its-kind Voice AI outreach campaign for their flagship projects Aurora and Haven of Bliss in Yelahanka, VBHC partnered with Vozzo.ai  an enterprise-grade conversational AI platform  to run a fully automated, multi-layered outreach campaign across their lead database. The results are being studied as a benchmark for AI adoption in Indian real estate sales.

The Problem Every Real Estate Sales Head Knows

The lead-to-visit conversion funnel in Indian real estate is brutal. Between portal enquiries, referrals, digital campaigns, and walk-ins, a mid-to-large developer can accumulate thousands of leads in a single quarter. Reaching all of them  consistently, promptly, and in their preferred language  is operationally impossible for a human team alone.

For VBHC, the challenge was compounding: their projects attract buyers from diverse linguistic backgrounds across Bangalore, including Kannada-speaking, Hindi-speaking, and bilingual urban professionals. A single-language outreach approach was leaving real interest on the table.

Vozzo.ai  was brought in to bridge that gap.

The Campaign: AI-Powered, Multi-Layer, Zero-Gap Outreach

The campaign was architected in three precision layers  each designed to ensure no lead went untouched regardless of name availability, language, or prior reachability.

Layer 1  Primary Campaign: Named leads were engaged across four systematic batches, covering the complete lead universe with a consistent, branded conversational experience.

Layer 2  No-Name Campaign: Leads without contact names  typically harder to personalise at scale  were handled through a separate parallel campaign, ensuring even anonymous enquiries received meaningful outreach.

Layer 3  Automated Retry Engine: Unreached leads were automatically queued for up to three re-dial attempts across optimal time windows  without a single manual intervention from the VBHC team.

The combined result: 100% of the lead database was contacted  something no human calling team, regardless of size, can guarantee with this level of consistency and speed.

The Numbers: What AI-Powered Outreach Actually Delivers

The campaign generated a rich data set that speaks for itself.

The No-Name Campaign  typically the hardest segment to engage  delivered a 6% conversion signal rate, outperforming the industry average for cold outreach to anonymous leads. The Primary Campaign held steady at a 4.1% conversion signal rate across named leads, with prospects qualifying into Hot (Visit Confirmed) and Warm (Callback Requested / Interest Expressed) categories in real time.

When the Automated Retry Engine re-engaged unreached leads, it recovered an additional 1.6% conversion signal rate , leads that would have been written off under a manual calling model. Across the entire campaign, over 90 meaningful engagement signals were generated from leads that were systematically qualified by AI before a single human sales executive picked up the phone.

Perhaps most strikingly, the AI platform surfaced Time Intelligence  data-driven insights on the best hours to reach real estate prospects. The analysis revealed that 1 PM drives the highest connect rate at nearly 34%, versus as low as 19% at off-peak hours , a 78% difference in reachability across the day. Scheduling future batches around these windows is projected to lift overall connection rates significantly without any increase in campaign spend.

One of the most operationally significant outcomes of the campaign was the identification of language mismatch as a silent lead-killer.

Call transcript analysis revealed that a meaningful portion of early disconnections were not caused by disinterest  but by leads who spoke Kannada or Hindi encountering an agent speaking in a different language. Vozzo.ai responded by building dedicated Hinglish and Kanglish (Kannada + English) voice agents, with the system automatically detecting language preference from live transcripts and re-routing affected leads to the correct agent in the next batch.

Language Mismatch Re-routing: As noted above, the system identified and acted on language preference data without waiting for manual review  a feedback loop that most AI platforms require human intervention to complete.
